IntervalCare offers Primary Care and Psychiatric Services via telemedicine. Patients can choose a cash pay option or to pay with their health insurance. Each visit with the provider includes time to discuss your symptoms, an assessment, and diagnosis. It also entails providing prescription(s) and ordering labs, if deemed necessary by the provider. The cost of labs and your medication is not included in the service. These costs would be covered by the patient or the patient’s health insurance. The providers of IntervalCare do NOT prescribe controlled medications.

Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing IntervalCare Medical Services! After booking, new patients should fill out the required new patient documentation prior to their appointment. The link for the new patient paperwork can be found in your appointments' confirmation email. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call our office or send us an email at Any supporting health records that should be reviewed by the provider prior to your visit can be emailed or faxed to our office as well. Appointments that have not been canceled at least 24hrs prior to their appointment will be expected to pay half of your visit fee. Payment for Cash Pay visits are due prior to the start of your appointment.
